I'd say this is pretty much a no brainer - nearby, easy, cheap. We could potentially do this on the same day that we do Simon's Town / boat trip into the bay / Seal Island - i.e. a morning doing the boat trip followed by afternoon at Boulder's Beach / Simon's Town.
